  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): RM10 (FREE SHIPPING on orders RM100 or more)
  • West Malaysia : RM15 (FREE SHIPPING on orders RM100 or more)
• International:
  • (FREE SHIPPING on orders RM2000 or more)

International Taxes and Duties:
Customers outside Malaysia are responsible for any inbound duties, taxes, and other fees mandated by their local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). We cannot determine these fees. For specific amounts, please consult with your local customs office.

Wrong Address Entered:
Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses when ordering. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at jacobsgemstc@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will correct it. However, if a tracking number has been issued:

• A further postage fee will apply for changes.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch will be refunded minus the delivery fee.

For international orders with address errors, packages must return to sender before re-shipping. This process can take 2-4 weeks.
